1 General Terms

By accessing or using the 299be platform, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are asked to stop using this platform.

Creating more than one account by the same individual is strictly prohibited. If 299be determines that a person is operating multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and deposited funds along with any bonuses may be forfeited.

3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. 299be will never ask for your password via email, phone, or live chat.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The payment methods currently accepted on the 299be platform are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank and BRAC Bank). Deposits via any other method are not accepted.

• All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
• Deposited funds must come only from the account holder's own registered payment method.
• Deposits from third-party payment methods are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, withdrawals may be temporarily delayed if an identity verification process is ongoing. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• A limit on the withdrawal amount within a given period may apply.
• Withdrawals will be held until any investigation into suspicious transactions is complete.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus is available on the first deposit at 299be, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. Applicable promotional terms must be met to claim the bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses. The bonus amount must be wagered 15 (fifteen) times before it becomes withdrawable. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may claim a bonus offer only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• Attempting to withdraw while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being cancelled.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All games offered on the 299be platform are operated fairly and transparently. Game outcomes are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely impartial. All game results are final and cannot be changed.

6.2 Technical Errors

Game results arising from technical errors or system failures will be considered void, and 299be will endeavour to refund the stake on affected bets. In such situations, the decision of the platform authority is final.

6.3 Maximum Bet Limits

• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Legal or regulatory obligations.

8.2 Account Closure by the User
